Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and disciplined Home Sample Collection Manager to build, lead, and expand our Home Sample Collection Services Department. This role requires end-to-end responsibility — from hiring and training phlebotomists to creating pricing strategies, managing operations, and designing expansion plans across the district of Lucknow.
Key Responsibilities
Team Development & Training
- Recruit qualified phlebotomists for various areas of Lucknow.
- Train phlebotomists in:
- Mahi Diagnostics’ ethical standards and company policies.
- Proper use of our proprietary apps and software.
- Professional behavior and punctuality for home visits.
- Continuously evaluate team performance and take corrective or reward-based action.
Operational Management
- Ensure on-time and smooth functioning of all home collection appointments.
- Supervise accurate data entry, sample handling, and communication with the lab.
- Maintain quality assurance protocols and enforce strict compliance.
- Coordinate logistics (vehicles, equipment, kits) for daily home collection schedules.
Strategic Expansion Planning
- Design and execute an expansion roadmap to cover all zones of Lucknow.
- Identify underserved areas and plan strategic recruitment and service delivery.
- Collaborate with local entities if required for operational support.
Pricing & Schemes
- Propose and maintain a competitive pricing structure for home sample collection services.
- Devise attractive home collection schemes/packages for patients, corporates, and RWAs.
Marketing & Promotion
- Develop basic marketing strategies for awareness of home collection services.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to launch area-specific campaigns.
- Promote Mahi’s unique benefits like free family medical checkups, special bundles, etc.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, business, or related field. (Not a strict requirement, but a plus.)
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in diagnostics, healthcare operations, or team management.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proficient with smartphones, mobile apps, and basic tech tools.
- Deep knowledge of Lucknow geography is a strong plus.
- Commitment to ethics, punctuality, and patient care.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Salary: ₹30,000 per month (First month probationary).
- Post-Probation: Salary hike and additional benefits based on performance.
